You can schedule maintinence for your body, or your body will schedule it for you. We’re constantly pushed and tugged in multiple directions by the demands of school, work, extracurriculars, and friends, so much so that it’s hard to find time to rest. When we drain our bodies dry of energy, it’s common to solve the issue with energy drinks and coffee, but we also need to take time to meaningfully relax. A crash-stress nap isn’t enough either; we need to rest and reset intentionally. With this collection, I plan to combine and contrast activewear and a message to take time off.
